Create Common Good’s foodservice job-training programs help people with barriers to employment achieve self-sufficiency by marrying their talents to the needs of the community. Since 2009, their graduates have earned more than $18 million in additional wages.

Mission: To provide job training and placement to individuals with barriers to employment.

Trainee Population: Low-income adults
